Ripe banana

150 ml of low-fat yogurt (unsweetened) or coconut cream to keep it lower

1 tablespoon of any low-fat cottage cheese

( if you wish to thicken, use fruits and not yoghurt)

Method

  1. Mash bananas into a pulp using a blender if you like it very smooth
  2. Next, mix in berries and blend it more even.
  3. Add cheese and yoghurt
  4. Store up for a week or Serve chilled.

 11/2 big apple (deseeded)

150ml coconut milk

2 large cucumbers
