Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sends strong message Daniel James after Man Utd move is confirmed

Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has revealed Daniel James won’t walk straight into the first team, after the club confirmed his signature on Wednesday.

Manchester United paid £18million to land the winger, who has put pen to paper on a five-year deal at Old Trafford, with the option of a further season.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has expressed his delight in completing his first signing on United’s official website.

However, the Norwegian also suggested that the winger will be a squad player for the time being, despite possessing the attributes to one day become a Manchester United star.

Daniel is an exciting young winger with vision, exceptional pace, lots of skills and a good work ethic.
