After ministering “No More Sheets” at a singles conference of Bishop Jakes, she swiftly became a world famous voice in ministry. Bynum has been married twice in her lifetime. Her first marriage was in the early 1980’s. She turned to divorce because of domestic abuse, vowing not to disclose what had transpired. She got married for the second time in the year 2002 to Thomas Wesley Weeks, but their marriage lasted only six years as they divorced in 2008.
