Hosea Sanders is a renowned American television news anchor who first gained mainstream media attention in August 1994 when he joined ABC 7 Chicago. In his profession, he has hosted several local and civic television programs. His job has helped him achieve fame, fortune, and several prestigious awards as well. Hosea was born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, in the United States. He was raised by his family in the small town of Arkadelphia where his biological mother served as a Vice Mayor for more than twenty years. Throughout his childhood he spent his company in the midst of his four younger sisters and brothers. He loved writing things from an early age, and his family supported him and also gave him the love and encouragement he needed.
Regarding his education, Hosea was a bright child, and he did very well in elementary and secondary school. Upon graduating from high school where he participated actively in football, he joined Henderson State University in Arkansas to further his education. In 1978, he graduated from the institution with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Journalism.
