Eden Hazard confirms Chelsea exit after Europa League final

Chelsea star, Eden Hazard, has told his teammates that he is set to leave the club this summer for Real Madrid.

The Belgian captain scored twice, as Chelsea defeated Arsenal 4-1 in the Europa League final last night.

However after the game, Hazard told reporters: I’ve made my decision known to the board two weeks ago.

I’M hoping on both teams Chelsea and Real Madrid to make decisions now.

I’ve been here at Chelsea for 7 years now, i think now is the right time to say goodbye to the fans and the club, and now it’s time for a new challenge.

Real Madrid are willing to pay up £115million for the Belgium International.

The 28-year-old is set to earn around £400,000- per week at Madrid, which tops the £300,000-a-week offered to him by Chelsea.
