FLAVOUR N’ABANIA BIOGRAPHY
Flavour was born Chinedu Izuchukwu Okoli on the 23rd of November, 1983, In Enugu State of Nigeria. He is originally a native of Umunze, Orumba South LGA of Anambra state of Nigeria and is the first son of a large family of four siblings and seven step siblings. Flavour takes his specialty in Igbo high life music with his unique voice and flexible dancing style.

The stunning trend about Flavour was that he defied the western invasion of the local music industry and this happened to project him as a unique brand as he did the majority of his songs in Igbo dialect.
Another important fact about Flavour is that he was formerly a drummer before he started singing professionally and this has given him a better understanding of his craft. He began his music career at the tender age of 13 years when he started off playing the drum sets for his local church choir and in 1996 and was given an opportunity to join a professional music company on a scholarship to study music; whilst still playing drums. He later learnt to play the keyboard and subsequently started providing back up vocals for other musicians at the sound city.
Flavour N’abania later transformed into a music artiste and dancer and in 2005, released his debut album titled ‘Nabania’ through Obaino Music. The album made an impact but sadly it didn’t give him so much fame.
In 2010, he released his second album titled ‘Uplifted’ and it became a hit as the album received massive airplay and rave reviews. He promoted this album through twitter and Facebook accounts.
Again, he released his third studio album titled ‘Blessed’ which was the most successful album of all till date; and it was launched the same day with the commemoration of his nite club ‘2Nite’ in 2012. Going forward, in 2014, Flavour released yet another studio album titled ‘Thankful’.
