Biography & Early Life
Bow Wow was born in Columbus, Ohio, United States on 9th March 1987, and raised in nearby Reynoldsburg. His biological father was Alfonso Preston Moss, who abandoned the family and Bow Wow never saw him since his birth. He was raised by his step father Rodney Caldwell and his mother, Teresa Rena Caldwell, along with his step sisters, Jasarah and Erica. His father was a practicing lawyer while his mother is a hair stylist.
From an early age, Bow Wow’s mother has been very supportive of his passion for music and she started taking him to talent competitions when he was 5 years of age.
